Summary

  • Version bump to 1.4.14-alpha to test full CI pipeline end-to-end after infrastructure fixes

What changed (infra, not code)

  • nginx: client_max_body_size 10G on git.bros.ninja — unblocks container image push
  • NPM token: updated to granular access token with 2FA bypass — unblocks npmjs.org publish
  • Runner config: privileged: true — already proven working in v1.4.13-alpha (DinD built image)

Expected CI results

All 5 publish jobs should succeed for the first time:

  • detect-release
  • tag (proven since v1.4.12)
  • publish-forgejo (proven since v1.4.12)
  • publish-npm (testing updated NPM_TOKEN)
  • publish-container (testing nginx upload limit fix)
  • promote-release (proven since v1.4.12)
