  • OP#453: Migrated ADR-004 to Gravity project wiki with updated architecture (Gravity distribution, MCP/Skills/Settings separation of concerns)
  • OP#454: Renamed PR template "Test Plan" to "Verification" and added guidance to exclude automated test items
  • OP#455: Added humanize pass step to Summary Task wiki workflow in openproject skill
  • OP#456: Added Links section to PR template with CI run URLs and preview deployment links
